Description: Stingers 3 1/16 Casing Saver has and ID of 69.85 mm (2.75 in.) making it capable of flow rates up to 15m3/min and can be utilized for ball injection with a multi zone packer assembly.  The big bore casing saver comes equipped with a 5 way buffalo head for multiple frac lines or ball injectors and a self contained stand for safe and easy access. The 3 1/16 Casing Saver is moved in and out of the wellbore with hydraulic rams capable of overcoming up to 93 Mpa (13,500 psi).*

4 1/16 Casing Saver:

Pressure Rating: 69 MPa (10,000 psi) working pressure

Size Specification: Mandrel ID of 95.25 mm (3.75 in.) max rate 24 m3/min. (148 bbls/min)

Decription: Stingers 4 1/16 Casing Saver has and ID of 95.25 mm (3.75 in.) making it capable of flow rates up to 24m3/min and can be utilized for ball injection with a multi zone packer assembly.  The big bore casing saver comes equipped with a 5 way buffalo head for multiple frac lines or ball injectors and a self contained stand for safe and easy access. The 4 1/16 Casing Saver is moved in and out of the wellbore with hydraulic rams capable of overcoming up to 66 Mpa (9570 psi).*

*Both the 3 1/16 and 4 1/16 casing savers are only available for casing sizes over 139.7 mm (5 ½ in.).

Description: The Stinger Casing Pressure Test tool was designed to provide a more cost effective way to pressure the casing on an un-perforated well without needing our hydraulically operated casing saver. The Casing Pressure Test tool consists of two 63.5 mm (2.5 in.) manually operated plug valves that connect to any wellhead configuration or BOP with a premium Grayloc connection. The casing pressure test tool can be adapted to all casing sizes and different length wellheads by utilizing Stingers casing mandrels and cup tools.
